Individual Counselling
50-minute appointments:
Full Rate ............................................ $170
Student Rate .................................... $110
Counselling fees are inclusive of GST.
I believe that counselling should be accessible and affordable, and am committed to doing what I can to reduce the barrier of finances.
A sliding scale is available on request, with a rate determined by your particular income and circumstances.
Group Counselling / Workshops
The fees for any group counselling or workshops will vary according to the needs of the group, taking into account the type of space used, the number of participants, the frequency of meetings, and the duration of the project.

Payment methods:
I accept payment via e-transfer, VISA, and Mastercard at the end of the first session, and at the start of subsequent sessions. Please note that I require an additional service charge of 3.5% for credit card payments. While I do not provide an invoice, a receipt is provided at the time of payment.
Insurance/Extended Health Coverage:
Although counselling services are not covered by the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP), as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), most extended health care or workplace health benefit plans and Employee/Family Assistance Programs (be it your own or a family member's) partially or fully cover a certain amount of counselling services, some based on the allotment of fees, and others based on the number of sessions.
I encourage you to contact your workplace Human Resources department or your health plan provider for specific details.
Cancellation Policy:
I require 48hours advance notice of cancellation, except in case of an emergency. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full session fee. Although I am not available to answer the phone when I am in a session with a client, I do have voicemail and check it frequently. You're also welcome to text or email me.
